What You Can Write to Us About

• A wrong result. You think a damage number is not right for a game you play.
• A bug. A button does not work, a box does not load, or the page looks broken on your phone.
• An idea. You want a new feature, a new graph, or an easier way to do something.
• A mistake in our guide. You found a wrong word or a wrong fact on the page.
• Business or other questions. Partnership, advertising or anything else about the site.

How To Send a Helpful Bug Report

The more detail you give, the faster we can find the problem. If you can, please tell us:

1. Which tab you used (for example S/V, Champions or Random Battles).
2. Which two Pokémon, which move, and the EVs, nature, item and field you picked.
3. What result you saw, and what result you expected.
4. Your device and browser (for example iPhone and Safari, or Windows and Chrome).
5. A screenshot, or the image you downloaded from the result card.

Tip: use the Export button in the calculator and paste the text of your Pokémon in the email. Then we can load the same set and see what you saw.

Before You Write

• The damage engine comes from the open source project smogon/damage-calc. If you find a problem with the game rules or the numbers, you can also report it there.
• We cannot help with in-game questions like team building or battle advice, but our guide on the home page may answer your question.
• Please do not send passwords or private details. We never need them.
